This was our very first design work and the project covered the section of F. R. Kreutzwaldi Street from Roosi Street to Paju Street in the city of Võru.
It is one of the main streets of Võru, where the main businesses and larger institutions of the city are concentrated, and it also joins all the streets leading to Lake Tamula.
We designed a roadway with a uniform width along the entire street, with walkways on both sides and parking spaces along the road.
At the request of the customer, the right-hand walkway was designed in the folk costume pattern of the region.
At intersections, we paid particular attention to improving safety at points of conflict between pedestrians and vehicles.
The result is a safer and more user-friendly urban environment for both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
