Completed in the summer of 2019, the main objective of the Pae promenade design was to give the stretch of walkway that had become obsolete a new life and modern feel, transforming it into an attractive public space.

The promenade features sustainable lighting, new paving, two-level landscaping, and a variety of seating and activity areas. The sports complex, with its play and gymnastics equipment, was designed to be universal and abstract, to provide entertainment for various age groups.

All the existing landscaping along the promenade was retained. For seating, a range of benches and ottomans designed in Estonia were added. Unique asphalt graphics were developed for the promenade pavement, based on the rational geometry of Lasnamäe, complemented by concrete cylinders.
