The designed section is located in the municipalities of Mikitamäe and Värska in Põlva County.
The aim of the project was to improve the driving comfort and road safety of the section.
We straightened the curves of the existing road that were too steep and added a new pavement structure to the entire section.
We designed a new walkway along the road in the village of Mikitamäe and at the entry point to Värska. We prepared a preliminary design for the Värska bridge.
Construction was completed in 2018.
